b) Photocopy of all pages of your passport in full colour (Your passport must be valid for at least 12 months from the passport expiry date.)

c) Health Declaration Form – Appendix B. Can be downloaded from EMGS website or click here.

d) Certified true copies of your high school or college/university academic transcripts and certificates. If it is not in English, please add a certified true copy of an English translation (in colour).

e) Student registration and visa processing fee – RM2,300

Personal Bond Fee


RM200~RM2000 depending upon your country

The bond will be refunded to the student upon expiry or cancellation of the students pass, but may be forfeited if the student is found to be working illegally or has been involved in any civil or criminal act.

Upon successful completion of the review of documents by our admin, you will be notified when all your documents are in order. You must then pay the registration and visa processing fee of RM2,300 within 5 working days. Payment must be made by bank transfer to our bank account as below:

Once we have accepted your application and payment, we will submit your application to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS). 8 weeks must be allowed for EMGS to process your student visa application.

When the Malaysian Immigration Department approves your student visa, you will be sent the e-Val via email, or it can be downloaded through EMGS website as well. You are required to bring your e-VAL with your passport to the nearest Malaysian Embassy to receive a Single Entry Visa for entry into Malaysia.

Students must proceed for Post Arrival Medical Screening procedure at an EMGS appointed panel clinic within seven (7) working days from the date of entry. You will then pay the tuition fee accordingly & personal bond fee, that will be refunded once you completed the study.

Following successful Post Arrival Medical Screening, we will submit your passport to EMGS to affix the Student Pass sticker and obtain your medical and iKad (ID card).

Notes:


  1. If you need to cancel, shorten or extend your visa, application must be made 2 months before the expiry date and an advance fee of RM800 will be payable
  2. The decision to issue or refuse a visa is made solely by officers at Malaysian Immigration Department. All applications will be assessed in accordance with Malaysia’s immigration visa rules and guidelines.
  3. All fee must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and it is not refundable or transferrable.
